We are a small, female-led team with roots in Mexico, living full-time in Tulum and deeply connected to the rhythm of this place. Our journey here began in 2019 as investors, but Tulum quickly became home — a place that changed how we live, host, and create. Every property we manage is intentionally chosen and thoughtfully designed to feel grounded, beautiful, and effortless, with the guest experience at the heart of everything we do. If something was missing, the team was super kind and quick to bring it to us. They were always attentive, available, and so accommodating throughout our stay. We really appreciated how mindful they were of everything we asked for. They also gave us great recommendations for food, coffee, and activities in the area, which helped a lot since it was our first time in Tulum. This trip was really special to us, and the team made it even more memorable by decorating the villa with rose petals and candles. It was such a romantic and thoughtful touch. The private chef experience was incredible too! Some of the best dishes we’ve ever had! We can’t recommend this stay and the team enough. If you’re visiting Tulum, this is definitely the place to book!

We had a wonderful stay at Monica’s place. It’s perfectly located in the heart of La Veleta, just a short walk to great restaurants, cafes, and local shops. The concierge service was fantastic—Julia was especially helpful. She assisted with reservations, local recommendations, and arranging transportation, all with excellent communication throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again on our next visit to the area.

My stay at this villa was beyond amazing! They decorated the villa for my boyfriend’s birthday perfectly. Very easy to get into the villa, very safe and friendly. Whenever I had a question or problem Julia and Monica responded quickly and handled everything quickly. Felt very at home I didn’t want to leave at all. The villa looks exactly just like the pictures. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was not only clean and stylish but also had such a fun, cozy vibe especially the living room, which felt like our own private theater. The little touches like the popcorn machine (with actual popcorn provided!) made the experience even more special. There were plenty of towels, bottled water, and all the essentials, which made us feel truly taken care of. It was both comfy and cool, exactly what we were hoping for. We’d definitely stay here again!

A true retreat in Tulum with a wonderful pool. We were 3 adults and 1 toddler and all loved it. Monica sent videos of the place in advance to help me understand if the accommodations were wheelchair accessible. Carol, the concierge, was there to meet us when we arrived and then provided incredible support throughout our visit, booking restaurants and tours for us. Would definitely return!

This space is exactly what is needed to give your soul some time to recover. The chef they suggest is absolutely phenomenal, every meal he prepared was beyond delicious.. the houses were perfect for two couples to maintain privacy and still have great shared memories also. The communication is perfection, they checked on our needs and always had a suggestion of the best places to go. The beds are comfortable, the vibe is right. The ONLY thing is, there’s no bathroom door. So if that’s a deal breaker for you, just be aware. 200/10 absolutely would stay here again.

Even though our flight was delayed, Monica and Carol made us feel so welcome, and even gave us an extra night free to make up for lost time, which was incredibly kind. I can’t say enough great things about my stay! Monica was amazing, very responsive. She had so many recommendations and was very responsive. Arranged our ride to and from the airport. She had a private chef that we were able to book at the villa for breakfast brunch and dinner as we please, as well as an in house masseuse. The price was incredible for all of the amenities. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean, exactly like the photos. The popcorn machine and projector are very nice touches and perfect if you want a chilled evening in. The apartment is located in the trendy, safe, Aldea Zama. The host Carol was beyond amazing throughout our entire stay. She made sure to check in on us daily which made us feel really safe and welcome as it was our first time in Mexico. She recommended great places to eat, drink and hire bikes. She also arranged transfers for us at cheaper rates. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, would highly recommend.

The services we acquired from the transportation, chef, cleaning, and massages were amazing. The villa itself was incredibly beautiful and super classy. Amazing place. Looked even better in person than in the pictures. I knew it was a nice spot, but they had everything thought of and stocked and the appliances were all super new and plentiful. The pool was clean, the architecture was amazing, the bedding was comfy. Everything 10/10 The concierge Monica was amazing and so helpful. To be honest, I didn’t even expect that as a perk, but she put us into a Whats App group and answered all my questions extremely quickly. At the beginning we even got a very helpful and amazing travel guide. There was parking available and the place wasn’t hard to find with the instructions.

Everything about our stay at Monica Soul Stay Tulum was absolutely amazing! We could not have asked for a more beautiful oasis to relax in as we enjoyed all that Tulum has to offer. The property is a hidden gem that is very well appointed. The lush outdoor area and pool are beautifully lit at night which allowed us to enjoy the entire property 24 hours a day. If we had any questions or small concerns, they were addresses very, very quickly. Carol has to be the best concierge in town! The area is very walkable, with lovely shops, bars and restaurants nearby offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. But don't miss out on the catered meal that Monica Soul Stay Tulum offers to its longer staying guests. The chef was VERY nice and extremely talented. (Thank you Chris!) Gorgeous cenotes, swanky clubs, and 5-star restaurants and the beach clubs are a short drive away. Do yourself a favor and book this place when you visit Tulum.

Monica was so kind and friendly. It was my first time staying alone in a different country. She was very warm with her messages, responsive, and helpful. The place was very clean and I felt right at home. I loved the projector, hammocks and theme of the place. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Oasis! Carol was very welcoming and provided local restaurant recommendations. The Airbnb comfortably accommodated two couples with children, featuring a mini kitchenette and two well-designed rooms - one with a king bed and another across the pool with two beds and standing shower. The rooms are beautifully decorated with French-style windows allowing plenty of natural light. Carol thoughtfully provided an assembled pack n play with changing station for our baby, making this truly family-friendly. The luxurious bathtub and waterfall shower were incredibly relaxing. We enjoyed the charming pool with its small bridge and shade trees, and appreciated the thorough cleaning service. With secure keypad entry and convenient location near eateries, I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I was constantly received inquiries from the host to ensure our stay was excellent. She offered recommendations and was always responsive. We were even greeted with a nice bottle of wine! I did not hear any noise from neighbors and there was no ongoing construction.

Monica’s place was awesome! Carol our host was very communicative. She provided a great deal of things to do, places to eat, and sites to see. We had ample space and felt very comfortable at the villa. Construction and the restaurant across the street were kinda noisy at night but overall we had a good time. The villa was clean, well equipped, and chic.

What a lovely stay! The place is very quiet and peaceful, the Airbnb has everything you might need in the kitchen (including a bonus popcorn machine) and the rooms are spacious and well-kept. Pool was awesome and huge- a nice respite after days of busy activity under the hot sun. Carol, the person who represented the Airbnb, was so fantastic. She was flexible with check in and so accommodating, greeted us when we first came, and very responsive with reccs in the area and activities. Only note about the location it is a 20-30 min walk from the main tulum streets and surrounded by construction zones, we didn’t mind the walk (although it got pretty hot and sweaty under the sun) but in case you do the options are atv and bike rentals in the area!

Monica and Carol could not have been more helpful hosts for our 4 day stay in Tulum. Carol reached out before our stay to ask if there was anything she could help us book during our time in Tulum, and was always available to answer questions. I don't think I've had a more responsive host in all my time renting AirBnBs. As for the place itself, it was spacious, clean, and tucked away from the business of the center of Tulum, but still very close. I would definitely recommend staying at Monica's place for your stay in Tulum!

Idéalement située, la villa est à 20 min des plages, entourée de restaurants incroyables et juste en face du Jungle Gym pour s’entraîner en pleine nature. Chaque détail est pensé pour la détente : une piscine parfaite, des espaces lumineux et une énergie unique. Voyager avec ma fille ici, c’était lui montrer que parfois, vivre libre et connecté à la nature vaut plus que tout l’or du monde. Le service est impeccable, tout est fluide et agréable. Un immense coup de cœur. Si vous cherchez le meilleur de Tulum, ne cherchez plus. 🔟/🔟 J’y reviendrai sans hésiter.

Soul StayTulum

It’s the kind of chill vacation I had imagined. Everything goes as expected and the host, Julia Monica goes out of their way to help with all we need. The massage, private chef and shuttle drivers are all super nice. Drivers are always within 20min away when I asked for a shuttle, from like anywhere! I would spend the money at such a villa rather than all inclusive luxuries for sure. Now I know my go-to for future beach vacations. Highly recommend! Only thing is that there’s a bridge between two rooms, make it a bit hard for four of us staying together alll the time. And carrying over luggage is a bit troublesome. But it’s trivial

Thank you Monica. We left in a hurry since our flight was supposed to be at 1. However the flight is delayed and won’t leave till 3. We had the most wonderful time. To say we loved your place is an understatement. Everything was wonderful. By the way the food that was prepared for us by your chef was the best food we have had in Tulum. The team was very helpful checking in on us via a very friendly group chat. Everything that we needed was just a simple chat away. Again thank you and know that we will be back again. Next time for 2 weeks.

This apartment is located in a very quiet and easy to get to area in Aldea Zama. It looks just like the photos. It’s very cozy and feels more like a home than vacation rental. Monica and the team are so responsive. They regularly check in on you to see if you need anything. The movie projector and popcorn are also such a nice touch. And also the kitchen is fully stocked with amazing knives, cutting boards and spices, so perfect if you like to cook. She also includes free water, which is another amazing bonus. Highly recommend staying here.

Cannot describe in enough words this villa and the team. From start to finish they made our holiday special. The place is beautiful with lots of space. This listing is truly a gem and I advise anyone to stay here.

My husband and I took a short getaway to Tulum, and it was really calm and relaxing. We walked to breakfast and some of our dinner spots, which helped us save on transportation. I’d definitely book again.
