THE FIVE LODGES Each lodge stands alone, set among the trees, with its own hammock, terrace, and private en-suite bathroom. The architecture is open-air: slatted wood facades, cathedral palapa ceilings, polished concrete floors, and louvered shutters that open the lodge to the jungle in the morning and close it down at night. Four Luxe Loft Lodges Each lodge features a king bed or two singles on the main floor floor, an open loft with two additional singles, an indoor-outdoor en-suite bathroom, and a private hammock terrace facing the jungle. Ideal for couples, friends, or families traveling together within the group. One Luxury Lodge King bed with optional single, spa-style en-suite with a freestanding soaking tub, and a lounge terrace with a hammock. Other things to note Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Checkout is before 11:00 AM. Self-check-in via keypad. The code and arrival instructions are sent the day before your stay. Maximum occupancy is 19 guests across the five lodges. The exact group size is confirmed at booking. Additional guests beyond the booked headcount are not permitted on the property without prior written approval. This is a private residence. Only registered, booked guests are permitted on-site. External visitors, day guests, staff, or vendors must be pre-approved by management. A vendor fee of $30 USD per person, per outside vendor, applies to any non-approved vendors brought to the property. No fee applies when you use our approved Soul Stay Tulum vendor network, which covers chefs, bartenders, massage therapists, yoga instructors, and event support. Events and celebrations are warmly welcomed. We host birthdays, bachelorettes, retreats, and milestone weekends regularly. Music is welcome. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM out of respect for the surrounding jungle and neighboring properties. Amplified music should be kept to the multi-event room after that time. The pool does not have a gate or lock. Guests are responsible for the supervision of minors at all times near the pool, the loft stairs in each lodge, and the open-air spaces of the compound. Exterior security cameras monitor the entry, perimeter, and common outdoor spaces. There are no cameras inside any lodge, bathroom, or interior space. The property is fully fenced and gated. Please keep the gates closed when you are inside the compound. Please treat the lodges, the multi-event room, and the shared outdoor spaces as you would a friend's home.
