we loved monica’s condo! it was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location. all the staff is so warm and friendly. monica responded to all communications within minutes. she connected us with happy rides tulum as well as a local stylist. she also arranged airport transport. i HIGHLY recommend staying here. <br/>the staff also left a beautiful cake and champagne for my sister’s birthday. complimentary housekeeping was provided halfway through our stay. <br/>this place should be fully booked at all times. Place was well-equipped and relaxing. Monica went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special - 6 stars for her! Was best place we stayed on our whole trip. This is a must stay we loved it. All in all, the place is amazing. It is located in a complex with locked entrance gate. That is about 20-30 minutes drive from the touristic restaurants by the water. Parking is free and available on the streets.<br/>Apartment has enough equipment to take care of your daily stuff like iron, steamer, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, blow dryer, oven and kitchen utensils.<br/>What is really amazing is Julia who is always available to your messages with lots of instructions and guidance. She knows the area very well and can help you with guidance in where to go and what to do. Julia makes your trip really smooth and enjoyable at all times.<br/>Thank you so much for all your support Julia.<br/>Hope we can come back soon.
